Store your ATCs in STYLE!

I was playing around with a paint sample book from Home Depot and I thought it might make a nice altered book…but not just a plain book but one filled with…

Artist Trading Cards! I began to alter it just as I would any other book. Used lots of paint and used those to create the washed color effect in the background. Old dictionary pages were used to hide all the paint chips and after applying the paint wash some crumpled tissue and images cut out from decorative papers were added to enhance the background. I absolutely love the cards I get from swaps and trades and wanted a special place in which to display them! I think this was just what was needed…What do you think?
